- Served our purpise as s place to stay for the night nesr highway, see some tv news and sleep. Clean, basic. Host family was very friendly and helpful. We booked late in the evening, minutes before srriving and they prepsred the room quickly. Very nice people.
- The location. It is not along the highway making it quiet for a better sleep for the guest but not so distant that you can walk to reach the main road making it convenient for the guest to grab a bite or anything any time.

- There was a tv set but there was no antenna so it's useless. The toilet is old and a bit rusty.No hot shower.Pillows are of poor quality.Mattress is so thin and with plastic cover underneath the sheet which is uncomfortable.
- The reception was in disarray. It's not welcoming at all, so many clutters; orderliness is very poor. I even asked them to change the bedding because it looks worn-out; no hot water and the aircon is very noisy; can hardly cool the room.
- How the air conditioning works... the exhaust is by the bathroom not outside. I have to always switch the unit to fan mode and wait a few minutes for the hot air to dissipate to be able to use the bathroom. Listing could also be updated on what is included with our stay. Standard Double Rooms do not include a refrigerator so be mindful if you plan to stay for more than a day. They did provide towels, soap, and shampoo during our stay.

The location is near SM City Rosales, Jollibee, and convenience stores which is a plus. You can ride a tricycle or walk to the mentioned places. Although not indicated upon booking but they have good internet connectivity! You can stream Youtube videos or watch your favorite Netflix films/series.
